 theLANDsite.com is a privately owned real estate company operating out of the Central Coast of California.  We are incorporated in the State of California as theLANDsite.com, Inc.  This is our ninth year selling real estate over the internet.  We sell vacant land, from standard sized residential building lots, to larger parcels and acreage.  Our specialty is recreation properties, for instance an acre lot high up in the mountains with tall Pines and Fir trees!  We do have on occasion, lots and acreage with excellent investment potential, some right in the path of progress!
